NOVO Construction officially emerged in 2020, but its conceptualization had begun long before in the mind of our founder, Jon Boggs. After observing a dire need for local contractors committed to quality work, stellar customer service, and genuine accountability, Jon envisioned a company that could fill the gap. Having been immersed in the construction industry from an early age, he had a clear understanding of the prevalent issues and how to address them. On December 31, 2019, Jon stepped down from his previous assignment at a local roofing company, and by January 3, 2020, NOVO Construction and Management was ready to operate.
Our roots find their essence in the daily conversations Jon had with homeowners when he was working with the roofing company. He keenly noticed the common complaints homeowners had with contractors not answering calls, not providing quotes, or worse, leaving projects unfinished. This lack of professionalism motivated Jon to push for better, shaping the core philosophy behind NOVO; to keep promises and provide quality work. This mindset, simple yet impactful, has become the cornerstone of our booming reputation as a company that embodies integrity, does exceptional work, and treats every client like family.
As Jon puts it, “It’s not rocket science. Besides knowing the work, the only other thing you have to do is what you said you would. It’s as simple as that.”
